Creative Growth is the oldest art centre and exhibition space for artists with developmental disabilities in the United States. Founded in 1974, the Oakland-based nonprofit advances the inclusion of artists with developmental disabilities in contemporary art by providing a professional studio environment and gallery representation to more than 140 artists.
