CFF multipurpose training sandbags utilize unstable fill (sand, rubber mulch, etc) to force the use of all stabilization muscles, increasing the effectiveness of your workout. Our large sandbag ships ready to accept approximately 30lbs and is expandable to 90lbs with (2) optional additional filler packs.
The CFF FIT Sandbag is made with MIL-SPEC ballistic 1050D Cordura® and stitched with Kevlar® thread, making this one tough bag. 7 handles, wrapped in Cordura®, give multiple grip options for a variety of workouts. The bag seals with a YKK waterproof zipper and is covered over by a 2" wide strip of Velcro running the length of the bag keeping the sand in the bag - not everywhere else.
The filler pack is made of the same ballistic material, 1050D Cordura and stitched with Kevlar. The inside of the filler pack has a strip of Velcro followed by a YKK waterproof zipper and then another strip of Velcro to assure the sand stays in the filler.
